Sophie Milic

Sophie Milic joined the Rural Business Tasmania board in 2022, bringing expertise in corporate communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

Sophie has held roles in federal government in the areas of fisheries and agriculture, GM Holden manufacturing, and in the disability sector.

In 2021 she returned from Adelaide to Tasmania to join the family business, Coaldale Walnuts, based in Richmond. She also runs a communications consultancy and sits on the executive committee of the Coal River Products Association.
