Rural Business Tasmania delivers business advice services under the Tasmanian Business Advice Service, a free and independent business advice service funded by the Tasmanian Government.

This service is available to established businesses that have held an Australian Business Number (ABN) for more than 12 months. Under this program, advisors from Rural Business Tasmania can help you with: 

  • business strategies

  • structures

  • financial analysis

  • budgeting

  • cashflow

  • business planning

  • inventory management strategies

  • marketing

  • risk management strategies

  • business viability analysis

  • benchmarking

  • contingency planning

  • action planning around future business opportunities

  • business continuity planning

 

 

This service is complemented by the New Business Support Pilot Program, an advice service for business intenders, new and early-stage businesses.
