Stephen Hansen

Stephen comes from a dairy farming background and in Feb 2020, after a 30 year career in agri-banking and finance, Steve joined Rural Business Tasmania, initially as a small business financial counsellor.

 

Stephen’s current role is that of the Head of Business Projects. This role oversees Rural Business Tasmania’s business projects and teams in the delivery of various programs and services to the wider Tasmanian community.

 

In addition to Stephen’s background in banking and finance, he also holds qualifications in business management and accounting.

 

Outside of work, Stephen is addicted to golf and is a keen photographer, with his main activity being a taxi driver for his teenage children.
